Rootmellow was created by myself, a woman always on the go, with a passion for finding flavors as fun as they are healing. From many hours in the kitchen, working with a simple, ancient marshmallow recipe, I found something that felt so simple yet so magical- a sweet treat that healed my gut while also making my inner child dance with joy!

After years of perfecting the fluff and receiving the wisdom of this plant, I decided to share this recipe with the world in 2025, where you have lovingly welcomed us into your homes with open arms.

In a world craving authenticity and  connection, it doesn't get more real than marshmallow root. She grows deep into the earth, thriving and burrowing in complete darkness. She is a beautiful herb to work with when you are seeking some comfort in hard times, a plant spirit with real grit, who somehow has a way of staying soft when buried by earth's pressure. A plant with so much to offer. What began as a personal exploration quickly became something to share: the comforting flavor and gentleness of marshmallow root crafted with intention.
